Apartments are available from 3:30 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Check-in takes place at the reception of the nearby Parkhotel Flora.

A81 Stuttgart – Singen:
Exit at Bad Dürrheim interchange via A864 and B27/31 towards Freiburg

A5 Karlsruhe – Basel:
Exit Freiburg-Mitte, continue straight via the city highway through the tunnel onto the B31 towards Donaueschingen. Please note that a green environmental sticker is required to drive on the B31 towards Donaueschingen.

From Zurich:
Drive through the beautiful Surb Valley, cross the border at Koblenz, and follow the B500 through Waldshut, Häusern, and Höchenschwand to Schluchsee. Some sections are very steep, so in winter please drive carefully and use winter tires.

By train:
You can travel directly to Schluchsee train station. We are happy to pick you up there and bring you to the hotel. Please call us in advance.

By long-distance bus:
Long-distance buses in our region stop in Freiburg or Titisee; from there you can take the train directly to Schluchsee (see previous section).

The first set of bed linen and towels is provided (bath towels for the swimming pool and sauna are not available at Apartment House Regina).

Each apartment has a terrace or balcony and is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, dishwasher, kettle, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, and hairdryer. In the 60 m² apartments, a microwave is also available. A toaster can be provided on request.

You can rent a bathrobe or bath towel for €3.00 per item.

Please place your order at the reception by 5:30 PM (house phone: 92). In the morning, the bread rolls will be delivered to your apartment door by 7:30 AM.

A charging station is available for your electric vehicle (usage fee: €0.60/kWh). After charging, please move your car to a regular parking space so the charging station remains available for other guests. Registration at reception is required.

Final cleaning of your apartment is included. This does not include washing dishes, pots, and glasses, or disposing of rubbish. If additional cleaning effort is required due to improper leaving of the apartment, this may be charged to you.

A bicycle garage is available for our guests. Charging e-bike batteries in the apartment is not allowed. Please use the designated charging facilities in the bicycle garage.

Our small fitness room offers various exercise machines. Open daily from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM for hotel guests aged 16 and over. Use is at your own risk.

A garage parking space can be reserved for a fee. The price is €10.00 per night.
Use of the outdoor parking spaces at the building is free of charge.

Our vouchers are available exclusively as value vouchers and can be used individually – according to the recipient’s wishes. They are perfect for any occasion. After processing, you will receive your voucher conveniently by email for self-printing. The voucher can also be redeemed in our Flora Spa & Wellness.
On request, we can also send your voucher by post. Please note that a shipping and service fee of €5.00 applies. If you would like postal delivery, please indicate this when ordering.

Your dog is very welcome here. We charge €15.00 per night (without additional services). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. One dog per apartment is permitted. Requirements include house-training, social compatibility, and valid liability insurance.

With the digital Black Forest Card, you can use a wide range of leisure activities free of charge or at a reduced price. You receive the card for stays of 2 nights or more. 

With the KONUS guest card, you can use buses and trains throughout the Black Forest and beyond free of charge (over 100 km). The card will be stored for you at reception and issued upon arrival.

Located on the edge of the village, at the end of a residential street with no through traffic, “quiet location” here is taken literally. Still, everything important is nearby: Lake Schluchsee is just a few minutes’ walk away, passing tourist attractions in the village center. Hikers, walkers, and cross-country skiers are only a few steps away from forest trails, ski tracks, and the ridges of our beautiful low mountain range. Nearby you will also find the Feldberg massif with the highest mountains in the Black Forest.

The waste disposal area is located at the back of the apartment house. You can access the wooden shed through the glass door in the stairwell to the lower level. This door can be opened with your room key. There, you can separate your waste (Yellow Bag | Household Waste | Paper | Glass). Thank you very much for your cooperation.

On arrival and departure days, we are happy to provide a shuttle service between Schluchsee train station and our hotel. Please request this at least one day in advance.

Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellation or shortening of your booking, we will, of course, try to re-rent the apartment. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed travel price for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, and 80% thereafter. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If you would like bed linen or towel changes, please inform us at reception. We charge €8.00 per person per change. Intermediate cleaning can also be booked for an additional fee.
